Our custom equipped bakery including a brick lined oven, which took a month to build, bakes 7 nights a week. Our delivery trucks leave every morning to service our wholesale clients across the city as breads are being stocked on the shelves in the store. Traditional hearth baked breads such as Italian, Ciabattas, Focaccias, Rustics, Cracked Wheat, Milwaukee Rye and many flavors are available on a daily basis.
