Over a dozen of the world’s finest cheese producing countries are represented. Here you will find English Sharp Cheddars, Blue Shropshire and Stilton, silky French Brie, superb Spanish Blue, fine Greek and Italian sheep and goat’s milk. In addition we carry the finer award winning American cheeses, from Old Chatham Sheepherding Company, to our local goat cheese diva Judy Schad, and of course a variety of the best of Vermont, New York and Wisconsin’s Sharp Cheddars. Our cheeses are cut fresh from delicate goat cheese tortes to massive 90 pound wheels of Italian Parmesan. Stop by for a taste. 

Our staff is always willing to help you select cheese that will go well with a particular wine, or choose an assortment for your next party.

This list is the majority of our cheeses but not all. We have other cheeses, some come and go due to availability or popularity.

At Lotsa Pasta, we are always looking for new and exciting cheeses. Unforntunatly, not all the cheese are available at all the times. We incur wholesale shortages from supply and demand, import customs delays and timing of transportation, especially with the delicate short lived cheeses.

We pride ourselve with our extensive variety of quality cheeses. We purchase our cheeses in their natural full form and cut and sell daily providing peak freshness, aroma and flavor.

Lotsa Pasta has a great interest in supporting domestic cheese makers throughout the US. Some of these small farms have made great strides in competing with some of the most famous imports, many are better. We seek out some of the best and bring them to you.

The availability and shipping restraints however make it difficult to sometimes keep in our collection on a consistent basis.
